Yeah, Sam was a good friend. I had spent a ot of time with him over the years. I will miss riding with him...or should I say eating his dust:)

I was at Sam's funeral too. Very sad, he was a very close friend of mine. He now lays to rest.

I wish you people all the best, Losing Sam is mindboiling. Don't take the people on this website to serious, for your own health. there are many young kids acting like little suckers and some braindead people. the harder you kick at them, the harder they will shout. It's a shame really.

Stay strong, don't know if it meens something, but for what it's worth. I will never forget Sam's work from the NWD3 film. He's a legend for many mountainbikers. Such a creative person. I've never seen someone like him in films ever again.

Look - I get that you're upset about losing a friend but if you can't at least acknowledge that what he did was wrong in so many ways then I don't know what to say.

And for the record, if I were to meet you "on a trail bleeding", I'd stop to help you.
